| | 316L stainless steel plates are used in this hho cell.sometimes stainless steel switch plates are used for electrodes in hho generators but for a dry cell design like this, and switch plates are made from the cheapest stainless steel available. That makes for some messy corrosion products in the electrolyte solution.
Precisely cut pieces of 316l stainless steel is what the doctor ordered. Some designers even recommend sanding to increase the surface areas and production of hho.,
This hho dry cell generator design is becoming more and more popular because it seems to produce the maximum amount of hho with the minimum amperage draw.
The electrolyte solution does not get very hot because it circulates itself by pumping the hho gas bubbles into a bubble that is full of the solution and then gravity replenishes the actual cell with any liquid used as a carrier for the hho gas.
No electrical current is lost by dissipating into liquid because the cell is tight and electrical current is confined and used more efficiently.
This hho generator is producing hho like crazy at about 19 amps. It seems to be stable and because the temperature is stable and not rising, the amperage draw stays the same.

HHO Problem
• Is the dry cell making HHO Gas?
The most common problem faced when installing an HHO Dry Cell or any Hydrogen Generator is that the hho gas generator is not producing sufficient amounts of hydrogen gas, ( Browns Gas) . The way we will check this is by performing a water displacement test. This hydrogen gas test will also measure how many liters per minute the dry cell...more HHO Dry Cell Test
• Is the HHO Gas making it into the fuel system?
We have found over and over again that a common problem experienced by those installing their hydrogen generators, was simply the fact that the hho gas was not making it into the fuel system. Believe it or not there are many things which will cause this problem. The first thing you need to do is check all of the hoses for loose connections and leaks...more Hydrogen Gas Supply
• Did you install the EFIE?
By now, most of you have at least heard about an EFIE. But the truth is, most people installing hydrogen generators have no idea whether or not they even need an EFIE. Then there are those who have figured out that they need an EFIE, but have no clue as to which one they need. Is it a dual EFIE, the wide-band, or the single? Read this step by step guide to learn...more EFIE Help
• Have you tried to reset your cars computer?
Your vehicles' On Board Computer ( OBD) or Electronic Control Unit ( ECU) has a mind of its' own, and sometimes it helps to completely wipe out the information it has accumulated. If you have installed an hho generator you have installed a major appliance, your computer may not have adjusted well to this new fuel saving devise and is still running off the data stored before the new installation. It' s real simple to reset the OBD, just remove the negative cable on your battery, leave it off for a half hour then reconnect. Hopefully this will fix your problem.
• Have you tested your oxygen sensors?
Most vehicle manufacturers recommend that you replace the oxygen sensors every forty to fifty thousand miles. If you have not done so you may find that this is the problem with your dry cell not working. Find a good mechanic and have the sensors tested and replaced if needed.
• Have you ruled out other problems with your engine?
One quick and easy way to check your vehicle for any other issues is by reading the fault codes. Vehicles manufactured after 1995 can be read for free at most parts houses.
• What about your other sensors?
Some people are unaware of the fact that you must sometimes treat other sensors on your car besides the oxygen sensors. The other sensors are the MAF Sensor and the MAP Sensor. The majority of vehicles either have a MAF Sensor or a MAP Sensor, rarely will both be found on the same vehicle. The few that do have both, you have to use a MAP/ MAF Sensor...more MAP/ MAF
